There's nothing more annoying than unreliable means of communication. As a marketer, it's especially annoying to wonder whether or not people are getting your emails. Sure, you can look at open rate, but like many statistics, it's not always a reliable number to go on. (Stay tuned on our blog, we have a post coming about this very soon!) Which leads to another issue: if people are getting your emails, do they read them? When was the last time you changed up the format?
