How to Surprise & Delight Customers All Year Long ðŸŽ

'Tis the season!
And, in the spirit of the season, we're taking a moment to reflect on the old adage "'Tis far better to give than to receive." It's true- think about how gratifying it is when you get to see how much a gift- whether it's a holiday gift or "just because"- brings joy to the person you give it to.
It works the same way in business, too. From a customer service standpoint, this translates into being able to offer a product or service that "surprises and delights" your customers. We learned about this idea from a Skillshare course we took a few years ago with Seth Godin. It made us ask ourselves, "What can we do for our customers that makes them happy to be our customers?"
Every now and then, it's good to revisit this question.
This month we're sharing some of our posts about times we've thought about good customer service, either on our end or in another local business. And as a bonus, we're sharing some of our favorite posts about the holiday season (surprise!)Happy Holidays,Nicole and the Breaking Even Team
